The VS expression from Louis Royer, who have been producing Cognac from their premises on the banks of the Charente River since 1853, is young but surprisingly mellow and flavourful. Royer even recommend trying it with tonic water to release more of the flavour, so if you're feeling adventurous, give it a go!
