A VS Cognac here from the Larsen house, made with a blend of eaux-de-vie from across the Cognac regions of France. More than suitable as a post-dinner tipple, but this should also do rather well in cocktails too...
Touches of orange peel, dried apricot and citrus blossom, with green oak, vanilla and ripe grape.
