Hine XO Early Landed 70cl

A rather unusual XO Cognac from Hine, and the first in the house’s history composed entirely of Early Landed eaux-de-vie. The spirit began its maturation in new oak casks in Jarnac before travelling to the UK, where it continued ageing in cool cellars with natural humidity above 80%. These conditions encourage a gentler evolution, lending the Cognac notable suppleness while preserving its aromatic intensity.

The blend consists entirely of Grande Champagne Cognac, with a 1985 eau-de-vie at its heart, matured in 350-litre casks made from old, medium-grained oak. Just 500 decanters were produced, presented in a travel-inspired case decorated with airmail motifs and illustrations by Manon Briquet de Valon.
