Another stunning Grande Champagne Cognac bottling from Hermitage in, as ever, a beautifully elegant decanter. This expression has seen 30 years of oak ageing, imparting intense flavour and complexity. It was aged in 350 litre casks, initially in new ones for six to eight months, and then in old Limousin casks.

This looks absolutely Stunning in my Bar and an amazing addition to my collection at a very reasonable price, it was sent swiftly and well packaged by Master of Malt I have brought from them earlier and they only get better every time, prices are always lower then other competitors and customer service is excellent they are very helpful and reliable and advise you if you need any help regarding their products. Highly recommended.
Very laid back. Smooth and a bit subdued to their other Cognacs between £130/£180 (June 2022) but very nice. Quite a bit of young oak IMHO.
