Another delicious, complex Cognac from independent bottlers Hermitage. This expression was made with fruit from the Grande Champagne's Segonzac region, distilled in a 25-hectolitre still with a relatively narrow head and short swans neck before it was matured in damp cellars in 350-litre Limousin oak casks for 25 years and bottled at 43% ABV.

This is now my second bottle of a Hermatige Congac, previously enjoying the Provenance 30. There’s something quite special about this one.. a very complex flavour with a smooth finish.
