Excellent value. Full of flavours. Little kick at the back of the throat.
Don't judge the contents by the non Frenchy ,modernistic label. This vsop is good, very good.Well priced as well.It is not complex, but does not have to be if it tastes this good.No sting to the nose, first sip, orange zest, marmalade hint of vanilla, oak frizzle on the finish, warming, but no burn.A little oily holds the flavour.Well impressed.Dont recommend any water etc.Only criticism is my snifter glass emptys to easily. Just ordered the Hine rare,Nice one Hine.
Lovely smooth tasting on the palate
I am mostly a VS and VSOP drinker and have my habits with Hennessy and Courvoisier. I was really amazed by the potential of this H by Hine with its nice floral aromas. Next bottle I buy, I will sure try cocktails with it as well !
pretty good cognac for the price, if you"re used to drinking similar priced cognacs try this one instead
