Made exclusively with Ugni Blanc grapes from the Grande Champagne, this VSOP Cognac from François Voyer features eaux-de-vie aged for at least 4 years in Limousin casks.
Very pleasant but for my palate not worth the price over Courvoisier VSOP off the supermarket shelf. Felt like something different for Xmas. I do prefer Whisky so perhaps my palate isn't educated in Cognac properly.

I bought a bottle back to the US from France in January. It is wonderful, so smooth and easy on the pallet.
