Oak

Another crazy cross-century blend from the small family-owned Cognac house of Vallein-Tercinier. It consists of a vintage 1952 Grand Champagne Cognac enlivened with a splash of 260 year old 1762 Gautier Cognac. Only 100 bottles were filled of this exceptional Cognac.
First, peach and white flowers, caramelized and toasted notes. At the end, vanilla wood and cigar box.
Exceptionally long with subtle “rancio”, some spiced notes and acacia honey
Perfectly balance and great elegance for such an old Cognac.
