Drouet XO Cigar
An XO from Drouet et Fils that's been specially formulated to accompany a luxurious cigar, the sort of thing you can imagine Churchill smoking, or Kennedy, or even Clinton. You can also insert a cigar tube into the bottle's punt.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Intense spice and fruit, a little rancio and espresso, great complexity.
Palate
Full flavoured with honeyed orchard fruit, star anise, warming ginger and oak tannins.
Finish
Big and very long.
Overall
A more intense version of the Drouet et Fils XO Ulysse, essentially, (which is a very, very good thing) that can stand up to a fine cigar.
