An intriguing release of Cognac from the House of Drouet, which was distilled in 2010 and bottled following a finishing period in casks that previously held
Pacherenc du Vic Bilh white wine (a sweet wine somewhat similar in style to Sauternes). Only 600 bottles were produced.
Candied peels, refreshing apricot and melon, a touch of cinnamon.
