VS Cognac must be at least two years of age, though in practice it will contain much older eaux-de-vie. This is the entry level bottle from Park, a house that dates back to the 19th century, and is just the thing if you're making a Brandy Sour or a Harvard Cocktail.
Fresh peaches, orange peel, vanilla and nuts. Young and lively.
