Single-vintage, limited-edition Cognac is always exciting but this one from Cognac Park is particularly interesting. It was distilled in 2004 and initially matured in French oak before Cognac Park finished it in a virgin Japanese mizunara oak cask.
Dried fruit, dates, espresso, orange blossom, and nutmeg.
