Tasting Note by The Producer
Nose
The initial aroma reveals notes of coffee, wood, and vanilla. The aromatic richness of this cognac is immediately apparent, as are its intensity, power, and length. After aeration, complex notes of prune, plum, exotic fruits, and tobacco emerge.
Palate
On the palate, its structure is dense and ample, enveloping us with notes of wood, toast, and spice.
Finish
The finish reveals coffee, liquorice, tobacco, fig, and leather. The tannins are silky, and the finish is smooth and lingering.
