Description

This Grande Champagne Cognac is made up of a blend of eaux-de-vie aged for a minimum of 15 years, allowing it to develop an elegant profile, layered with fruit and spice, delicate florals, subtle tannins, and supple, buttery pastry.

Nose

The initial nose is lively, very refined, and elegant. The oak is quite present, with a dominant floral character reminiscent of vine blossoms and white flowers. As it breathes, this XO releases spicy notes along with oak that imparts vanilla, toasted, and roasted aromas.

Palate

On the palate, after a crisp and lively attack, a perfect balance reveals silky and elegant tannins, as well as a powerful structure, more floral than fruity.

Finish

Vanilla notes emerge, accompanied by the sweetness of apricot, pastry butter, and caramel.
