Description

A magnificent expression from the Bourgoin family estate, expert winemakers – and Cognac producers! Distilled with double the lees than standardly used, this expression is brimming with aromatic depth and boasts an extremely high ester count. A satisfying sipper for the end of an evening, we reckon.

Overall

Packing plenty of overripe fruit, with apples, orchard fruit, and more tropical wafts of passion fruit and mango. Pungent oak and earthy leather bring a bold finish, with spicy notes of toasted wood and cigar box.
