Bache Gabrielsen VSOP
This is the VSOP expression from the Bache-Gabrielsen House, created using 20% Petite Champagne and 80% Fins Bois eaux-de-vie. The Cognac from Bache-Gabrieleon is rather popular in Norway, with its founder Thomas Bache-Gabrielsen coming from the Scandinavian country.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Chopped raisins and sultanas with a drizzle of caramel, a hint of white petals and cedar.
Palate
Flamed orange peels, thick caramel, cardamom and a spicy touch of oak.
Finish
Subtly nutty on the finish.
