Nose: Apple slices, a little raisin, into apple pie. Complex, perfumed and spicy with floral notes and cinnamon. Toffee apple develops alongside mustard seed.
Palate: Rich and fairly thick, spicy too. Apple, notes of bombay mix, home baking and caraway. A drop of water reveals wonderful ripe apricots.
Finish: Aromatic spices and fresh fruit give way to soft, slightly drying oak.
Overall: A fantastic fragrant and spicy VSOP Cognac.
