It's another wonderful vintage Dessert Cider from West Dorset's Liberty Fields, made from heritage apples grown in its very own orchards! The cider is matured for six months in oak barrels before being bottled at 7% ABV, making for a superb sipper – though we've heard it works rather well in cocktails or over desserts, too.
Cooked apple sweetness as well as apple skin zing, with a touch of freshly baked bread and oily nuts.

Brought this on holiday in Devon would make a great dessert wine with Christmas pudding. Wish I had brought a few bottles its lovely over ice as well.
