Description

A crisp and fragrant cider, this 2016 vintage from Gospel Green in Hampshire has been made using the Champagne method, where it undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle to give plenty of creamy bubbles. A great one to try alongside some decadent seafood.

Overall

Notes of gooseberries, honey, fresh cut hay, and shortbread, with balanced acidity and a persistent finish.
