This 2015 vintage rosé Champagne from Veuve Clicquot—with its blush-coloured hue and elegant notes of fresh berries and almond pastries— is made from a core of pinot noir grapes, along with some meunier and chardonnay. It's ages in foudres (large wooden casks), which also adds some delicate spice.
