It's the 2007 vintage Blanc de Blancs from Dom Ruinart! It was made entirely with Chardonnay grapes, which had a top growing season despite cooler weather on the tail end, and it was aged for nine years on its lees. It's light and fresh while remaining complex – perfect for celebrations!
Savoury minerality, with fresh citrus, stone fruit, and fig, alongside a hint of smoky tea.
