Description

A stunning vintage from Dom Ruinart. Their 2006 Blanc de Blancs Champagne is elegant but powerful, with soft fruit meeting mineral notes and a touch of spice in balanced measures. Phenomenal stuff. You'll want to pair with with a fish dish, we reckon...

Overall

Apricot and orange, plus a touch of guava. Flinty minerals and subtle oakiness of cassia.
