Made exclusively with Chardonnay specially selected from the Côte des Blancs' Grands Crus, Pol Roger's 2013 vintage Blanc de Blancs spent six years maturing before making its way for us all to enjoy. With a buttery, fruity, subtly floral flavour profile, this should make for a fantastic aperitif.
Orange blossom, elegant vanilla and lightly toasted brioche, a soft mineral hint developing later on.
