Philipponnat Royale Réserve is a well-balanced blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with a dash of Pinot Meunier, with between 20% to 30% aged in wooden barrels in a solera system. Non Dosé refers to zero dosage, which means that no sugar is added at disgorgement, and the result is fresh and floral, perfect alongside sushi.
