Historic Champagne house Louis Roederer doesn't shy away from a challenge. All of its vineyards are now farmed using organic or biodynamic methods, and its Brut Nature expressions are made with no dosage, relying only on spectacularly well matured grapes. This 2012 rosé Champagne is the first rosé of its Brut Nature collections, made from 55% pinot noir, 25% pinot meunier, and 20% chardonnay, spending six years on lees. Stunning stuff for celebrations on warm summer evenings.
