Rosé Champagne from Louis Roederer. This 2014 vintage was produced from 63% pinot noir and 37% chardonnay grapes, and aged on its lees for five and a half years. Delicate pink in colour, this goes wonderfully with all manner of seafood.
Fresh berries, with some lime and grapefruit, along with currant-studded hot cross buns.
