This 2014 Blanc de Blancs Champagne from historic Champagne House Louis Roederer is made exclusively from chardonnay grapes, harvested from Grand Cru vineyards. 23% of the wine was fermented in oak casks, and aged on its lees for six years. A delightful offering, this is excellent as an aperitif.
