2011 vintage Champagne from Louis Roederer. The acclaimed Champagne House uses exclusively chardonnay grapes in its blanc de blancs Champagne from its Grand Cru vineyards. Aged for five years on its lees, it's full of toasty notes, and makes terrific pairing for delicate seafood, or creamy pasta dishes.
