Henri Giraud Dame-Jane Rosé
A rosé Champagne from Henri Giraud, made with a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. A portion of the wine was fermented in a dame-jane, which is also known as a demi john round these parts, hence the name! With bright notes of red fruit and biscuits, needless to say it pairs wonderfully with summer berries.

Shortbread and red florals, with frozen summer fruits and a prickle of oak spice.
