A rosé Champagne from Henri Giraud, made with a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. A portion of the wine was fermented in a dame-jane, which is also known as a demi john round these parts, hence the name! With bright notes of red fruit and biscuits, needless to say it pairs wonderfully with summer berries.
