Gosset Champagne 12 Ans
Following on from the Gosset Champagne 15 Ans, the cracking Champagne house has released a 12 Ans expression. Cellared for 12 years on its lees and made with a blend of 51% Pinot Noir and 49% Chardonnay, it balances rich and delicate notes wonderfully.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Cooked apple, fragrant elderflower, some vibrant citrus sharpness, a touch of buttery pastry developing in the background, subtle minerality and some intriguing brown sugar notes.
