From historic Champagne producer, Doyard comes this 'doux' Champagne made to emulate 18th century styles. The result is this Champagne doux, which has a higher dosage of sugar (65g/L). It's sweetness is balanced by gooseberry freshness and some lemon peel, making this an ideal pairing for creamy desserts.
