Champagne
France
1 Jan 2012

Through the challenging 2012 growing season came a sensational Champagne from the Dom Pérignon range. It seems dramatic, but the unpredictable weather made for a tough time, but perseverance has resulted in a wine that really impresses, with notes of vibrant fruit, aromatic florals, and a helping on minerality.
Apricot, vanilla blossom, flint, lemon zest, rhubarb, a hint of toasted brioche.
