Double Dom Perignon, now you're talking. Wine in magnums ages slower than in normal size bottles so this is still young despite being over two decades old now. One to share with a few people who you really like.

Fine bubbles with orange and lemon fruit and then layers and layers of brioche, ginger spice, hazelnuts and yeast. Massively complex.
