Historic Champagne house Cheurlin has partnered with former NBA legend Isiah Thomas, and here we have the duo's own Brut Champagne. Made with a combo of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay grapes, a 5 g/l dosage of sugar, and aged for 24-36 months, it boasts a delicate profile, layered with crisp orchard fruits and balanced minerality.
