Description
A splendid blanc de blancs Champagne from Cheurlin, a historic house that has partnered with former NBA legend Isiah Thomas. Blanc de blancs means only white grapes, and this expression blends 60% Chardonnay with 40% Pinot Blanc, aged for 24 months, with zero added sugar. With zesty notes of citrus, elegant earthy oak, and chalky minerality, this would make a splendid accompaniment to seafood and shellfish, and other salty dishes.
