Champagne Henriot Brut Souverain
Henriot is a lesser known Champagne house but one with a long history. It was founded by Apolline Henriot in 1808 and is still in family hands. This Brut Souverain ia a blend of roughly equal amounts of pinot noir and chardonnay. It won a gold medal at the International Wine Challenge in 2022.
