A marvellous Blanc de Noirs Champagne here from Bollinger, dubbed B13. After the unique 2013 growing season of a long winter, a wet spring, and an intensely hot summer, the Bollinger team managed to create a spectacular vintage expression using 100% Pinot Noir grapes.

Vanilla, sugared almond, fresh florals, a slow build of apricot and orange, a touch of spicy ginger.
