Splendid Champagne from Besserat de Bellefon, housed in a magnificently shiny bottle! Combining a blend of 70% pinot noir and 30% chardonnay grapes sourced from two Grand Cru and four Premier Cru villages, Besserat adds less sugar, yeast, and must before bottling, resulting in a distinct and full-bodied effervescence.

Overall

Succulent peaches and apricot lead to buttery pastry, with creamy bubbles and a delicately yeasty, honeyed brioche finish.
