A gorgeous Champagne from Besserat de Bellefon, Bleu Brut is made with equal parts Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, supported by a smidge of Chardonnay. A vibrant, delicate bottling, especially good with seafood.
Yellow plum and candied white flowers, leading into toasted hazelnut, fresh bread and a touch of ginger spice.
This is a superb Champagne, crisp with delicate bubbles, very moorish, and pairs beautifully with food! I will be getting more!
