An extremely elegant Brut Champagne from Beau Joie produced from a combination of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, grown in the Épernay region. The bottle has a rather handsome jacket, inspired by suits of armor and made from recycled copper, it not only looks pretty rad but it ought to keep your bottle cold for longer, without the need for an ice bucket! Unusually, no sugar is added to this Champagne, allowing the crisp fruit character to lead the way. With an enjoyably dry profile, it'll make a great choice if you're after a bottle to accompany a nice dinner.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Elegant florals, doughy notes of brioche followed crisp orchard fruits, a touch of vanilla, and gently zesty acidity.
