30&40 Extra Old 10 Year Old Calvados
An impressive Calvados 30&40 created to showcase the characterful and diverse nature of the classic Normandie cider brandy. Extra Old, a ten-year-old expression, combines spirit selected from the cellars of three Calvados houses based in the Pays d'Auge, the Pays de la Risle, and the Manche regions. Including portions of liquid aged up to 27 years, it boasts a superbly rounded and complex oaken character – splendid for those who enjoy a good neat sipper.

Layer upon layer of baked and stewed apples, rustic cider, and old oak cushioned by vanilla and fragrant tobacco. Zesty orange peels and candied tropical fruits join towards the finish, joined by a tickle of nutmeg.
