Aged 18 years in oak, this exceptional Calvados from Michel Hubert captures the heart of Normandy’s apple country. Rich, balanced and complex, it’s an exquisite example of long-aged Pays d’Auge.

Overall

Bursting with apples (obvs) and a refreshing greenness, along with hints of vanilla, cinnamon and caramel. There’s the oak maturation influence on the nose, too.
