Calvados producer Christian Drouin has gone and got its hands on more rum casks for finish its fantastic spirit. This time, however, the casks came from the Long Pond Distillery! Really fascinating stuff, and we love that Drouin has gone to the effort of specifying where the cask came from, in case you picked up a previous bottle from the Angels series and fancy comparing them.
