An experimental Calvados from Christian Drouin, released as part of the aptly-named Experimental range! Clocking in at 19 year old, this Pays d’Auge Calvados was matured in rum casks from the beloved Foursquare distillery in Barbados for 17 months before bottling.
Orchard flavours of cooked apple and ripe pear, bolstered by creamy almond, woody vanilla, and caramelised pineapple.
