Toutain is a family-owned calvados producer making spirits using fruit from the top cru, Pays d’Auge, for five generations. This XO edition was aged for at least 8 years, initially in 30–40 hl oak barrels, then in smaller 15–20 hl casks to concentrate the flavour more.
