
Boulard has been experimenting with a host of different cask types to mature its Calvados in, and the team has picked an incredibly intriguing one here – Mizunara oak from Japan! We've seen some incredible whiskies aged in these casks before, so we're very excited to see what it can do for the incredible French apple brandy...
