Novo Fogo Organic Silver Cachaça
A terroir-driven silver Cachaça from the coastal rainforests of southern Brazil, made with locally grown organic sugar cane. It’s fermented with wild yeast and distilled in a copper pot still, then rested in inert stainless steel tanks for one year to ensure a smooth spirit but with all the flavour. Try it in a Caipirinha!

Sweet aromas of banana and floral notes with a saline quality adding a savoury sensation. Sweet red pepper on the finish.
