Another interestingly-aged Cachaça from Avuá, this time allowed to rest for up to 2 years in casks made from Bálsamo. It's a type of hardwood native to south and central America with a fine grain. You could probably make some sort of furniture out of it, but we reckon casks for Cachaça are a fantastic use for this wood.
