That’s easy !

If you want to return a product because you changed your mind about it and wish to return it (in a unopened, undamaged condition and within the 14 days limit)

In the Portal you can choose to return the product at an Evri (Hermes) shop, collection station or arrange for a driver to pick it up at your home, whatever is most convenient to you.

There are a few exceptions, for example if your parcel weighs more than 15 kg or exceeds the size restrictions or you’ve exceeded the 14 days return period.

But don’t worry, we’ve got you, just get in touch so we can arrange for an alternative Courier.

But our customer service team are very friendly and live in the real world – we’re always keen to talk through a return and help you to resolve the issue.

Charges for delivery outside of the UK are often determined by the weight of the order; just add your chosen bottle(s) to the basket and proceed to the checkout – it will automatically work out all of the pricing for you before you go a step further!

Important note on customs charges:
Please note If shipping outside of the UK, your order is likely to be subject to Customs duty and taxes as it arrives in the destination country.

You will be contacted directly by Customs for this payment. Unfortunately we don’t know how much the charges will be. It’s always best to get in touch with your local customs office or government website for advice before ordering.

For gifts shipped internationally, the recipient may be liable for local Customs charges, so it’s worth checking in with them first.

 

Yes. Orders delivered to countries outside the UK will not have VAT (UK tax) charged on the purchase. Please note that depending on your order and the country the parcel is heading to, you may be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order. We can’t accept liability for these.

Our delivery times vary based on your shipping destination and the option selected at the checkout.
Within the UK it is possible to ‘Pick a date’ for a specific delivery. If you’ve chosen one, we’ll get your delicious boozes to you on the day which you select!
Our standard UK shipping takes 2-3 working days – we’ll email tracking information which will be updated when your order is out for delivery.

We send your order confirmation to the email address given at the checkout, and this should wing its way to you within minutes of the order completion.
If you can’t find your email, do double check your junk folder. And do add us to your safe senders list – we promise we’ll never spam you!

We send you an email with tracking information as each order is dispatched. You can use the tracking number to monitor your delivery and see where your parcel is currently held.
If you click on the link in the email it will redirect you to the tracking, or you can copy the tracking number and manually insert it on the couriers website below.

If you miss a delivery, or are unsure where it is, you should be able to resolve this with the courier directly

Delivery charges vary depending on the delivery destination, however, we offer free delivery as standard on orders over £99 that are being shipped within the UK.
We also offer free delivery and free worldwide delivery on certain bottles; if this is applicable, we’ll clearly detail it on the product page next to the picture of the bottle.

Our UK standard delivery is £4.95
Our UK Express delivery is £6.95
Next day weekend delivery is £8.95

For UK delivery we also offer PRIME delivery at £19.95, which is free express

Next day or Specific Day delivery 
Yes we do offer next day delivery to most UK locations if you select this option at the checkout. The same goes for specific dates which you can choose up to 4 weeks in advance at our checkout.

Weekend deliveries
We offer weekend delivery to most UK addresses.

Same-day delivery
Unfortunately, we do not offer same-day delivery yet.

Shipping charges are annoying. We absolutely get that. Which is why more products than ever are eligible for free shipping! These bottles are clearly marked on each product page.

In addition, all large orders over £99 heading to the UK are free! Some shipping locations remain challenging however, but we’re always working to cut those pesky shipping fees.

Yes! You are more than welcome to add delivery instructions to your order with us at checkout.

For the most effective communication with our couriers we would always recommend that you follow the tracking link, when you have received your tracking information email and update the courier directly.

Yes! For UK deliveries you sure can and you can select this at checkout. We currently use DPD, Evri or Parcelforce. Most of the time we do use DPD for our Express service.
Currently we only use DHL for our international orders.

We are UK-based and all orders originate from our fulfilment centre in Tonbridge, Kent.

We know there are lots of you based in the USA and India that want to order from us but unfortunately we are not able to ship to you at the moment. We are constantly looking to expand into other countries!

We offer weekend delivery to most UK addresses.

We can assist you in sending large orders to multiple addresses, just drop us an email and we’ll be happy to discuss the details with you.

Unfortunately we don’t offer gift wrapping. 

However we do offer gifting boxes that you can purchase with our bottles and they make for a great looking gift.

You can choose between our Oak Luxury Presentation Box and our elegant black Master of Malt Gift Box. Please add the bottle you would like to purchase to the basket first and then select the appropriate gift box at the checkout. 

Absolutely and it is free of charge to do so! A gift note can be added as an accessory when reviewing your basket prior to checkout.
If you miss this step, just contact our customer service team and we can add a message in for you, as long as you get in touch before the order is dispatched.

The vast majority of our orders are gifts, so we never include invoices unless specifically requested. However, if an order is being sent outside the UK then an invoice must be provided for Customs purposes, and this may be included on the outside of the box.

We are equally excited as you are to release those limited bottles and we absolutely get that you don’t want to miss out on any exclusive offers. 

 

However, unfortunately we’re not able to share the exact release dates with our customers, regardless of how much we would like to .

Our amazing Customer Service team simply doesn’t know when special release products go live until the very last minute and therefore they won’t be able to give you any specific information.

All we can do is recommend that you keep an eye on our new releases page.

Our buying team are always busy making sure we keep as many delicious boozes in stock as possible. Basically, as long as our suppliers have a bottle, we’ll keep it in stock. If something you’re after is listed as ‘sold out’ and you’d like to know when it is back in stock make sure to click the “notify when back in stock” button and leave us your email address. 

If something is listed as ‘discontinued’, this very sadly means we don’t expect it back in stock. We keep these pages listed so that you can see our bottling notes and all the customer reviews.

We snap all our products as accurately as possible in our photostudio – if you see a box in the photo, we’ll certainly include it in your order. 

No box? This usually means unfortunately we don’t have one to go with that particular bottle.

As an online retailer we do not have a physical shop and unfortunately we do not have the facilities to arrange collections from our warehouse.
