A Brandy de Jerez released by Valdespino, which has long been maturing in one of the Bodega's Solera systems (made of Sherry casks - Valdespino have long been a respected name in the Sherry world).
Thick waves of caramel and honey. Crushed walnuts, Sherried citrus peels and black pepper warmth.
